You’ll be responsible for:

●Measuring, marking, cutting materials for everyday production use

●Receiving materials into the warehouse

●Keeping our design and production center organized and clean

●Learning to operate an industrial sewing machine and many other tools to create gear for our own brand and for private label manufacturing

●Assisting with various other shipping/warehouse/design center duties


●Strong prioritization skills and ability to self-motivate

●Possess a passion for learning new trades and working with your hands

●Show initiative, dependability, respect, and accountability

●Hardworking with attention to detail

●Have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills and provide complete follow-through in all areas of responsibility

●Contribute to a team built on trust and mutual respect

●Ability to problem-solve, think critically and outside the box

Bonus points:

●Possesses the desire and ability to create one’s own projects and work independently

●Previous work building a craft and/or working in the outdoor industry
