What you will do…

You will be part of a small team that works closely with each other to connect Wrong Way guests and customers to the transformational experiences and stories that can be found in Asheville and surrounding WNC. To promote a team environment and keep things interesting, team members are rotated through staff responsibilities, including:

• Conduct regular cleaning and basic maintenance of the River Lodge, property, and cabins
• Handle retail sales in the River Lodge Canteen
• Prepare coffee drinks in the River Lodge Canteen
• Make recommendations to guests based on their interests and comfort level
• Educate guests on local history and the Wrong Way story
• Anticipate and react to guest requests and needs
• Work private group events when necessary

Compensation & Benefits…

• Starting pay is $16-17/hr + tips
• 1.5x holiday pay (select holidays)

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have a valid driver’s license and your own, reliable transportation
• Must be able to stand for long periods and climb stairs
• Must be able to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 50 lbs
