Cognative Brew House General Manager

The Cognative Brew House Store Manager will be responsible for all day-to-day operations of the Brew House and leading all team members in the efficient and profitable operation of the store. The manager will maintain high store standards and conditions, foster a positive working environment that provides consistent fast, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly service. The store manager sets the tone and personality of the store by leading by example and providing training, customer service, product knowledge and education, safe work practices and a demonstrated commitment to our Guiding Principles and Brew House Rules. The manager will work closely with the owners to create and manage the menu, ensure profitability, and foster growth in both profitability and the culture of The Cognative Brew House. This position is ideal for a self-motivated, personable and administrative person who would thrive with autonomy and the opportunity to take ownership in the growth and development of the new business.
