Description:

Agency leaders, Angie Robinson and Coral Darby will discuss how these unprecedented times have created opportunities to enhance company culture, one complete with mutual respect, trust, and longevity. They will share retention tactics and discuss HR benefits that have been widely appreciated by the Darby Communications team, providing Lunch and Learn attendees with ideas and strategies to maintain and recruit good people.

Darby Communications is currently thirteen members strong and has maintained an average YoY employee retention rate of ~90+% throughout the last two years. The Asheville-based PR and digital marketing firm was founded in 2008 and continues to serve outdoor, active lifestyle, and craft food & beverage brands within the region and across the country.
